We support Open Science as the best way to faciliate good research. We recognise that we cannot do everything required to solve the challenges of neurodegenerative diseases on our own. We therefore make our code and our data available for others to use, as far as we are able to.

A python library for graph based connectivity of neuroimaging analysis, built on networkx and the python version of the brain connectivity toolbox. It can also integrate the Allen Brain atlas for gene express-connectivity analysis.
