My interests lie primarily in the applications of artificial intelligence in the analysis of MRI data, particularly in the use of deep learning computer vision models and their applications to multimodal neuroimaging. My projects have focused on developing both narrow domain and foundation models for diagnosis and prognosis of neurodegenerative diseases, and I also have an interest in the applications of vision models to neuropathology data.
