I am a PhD student developing agent-based computational models of tau propagation in Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). Using structural connectome data alongside regional biological parameters, I aim to identify the network epicentres and regional vulnerabilities that drive stereotyped tau pathology in PSP. More broadly, my interests lie in understanding the network mechanisms underlying motor impairment in neurodegeneration. Outside of research, I represent postgraduate students in my department, can usually be found singing, and am firmly of the opinion that iced coffee is a year round necessity!
